Private transactions.
Handled.
The desk behind significant sales between individuals — automobiles, timepieces, vessels, and whole businesses. Funds held by Escrow.com, the licensed escrow service. Never by us.
The licensed, regulated escrow service behind billions in secured transactions since 1999. Your money never touches us.
Government-ID verification of both parties by Stripe, the payments infrastructure trusted by millions of businesses.
Terms, identities, and every milestone — timestamped into a closing dossier you keep.
A $200,000 car still changes hands over a text message and a prayer. The wealthy have brokers at ten percent, lawyers by the hour, or luck. We built the fourth option.
What moves through the desk

The protocol
Both parties clear government-ID verification before a dollar moves. Strangers become counterparties.
Your coordinator drafts the agreement, locks the terms, and answers both sides around the clock. Every step, timestamped.
Funds sit with Escrow.com — a licensed, regulated escrow — and release only on your acceptance. We never touch the money.
It closes into a bound dossier: verified identities, signed terms, the complete record. Paper no private sale has ever given you.
How it settles
Every close runs the same protocol. You choose the speed of the settlement.
Funds sit with Escrow.com, the licensed escrow service, and release only on your acceptance. Neither side can run with both the money and the asset.
For local handovers. The buyer pays you directly, bank to bank. The desk verifies the money actually landed in your account, then papers the close on the spot. No escrow queue. No review purgatory.
Either lane: both parties ID-verified, terms papered, a bound dossier at the close. The desk never holds the funds.
The desk fee
business acquisitions from $5,000
A broker takes ten. A consignment house takes fifteen. The desk takes one — collected inside the escrow itself, only when your deal closes.

Common questions
A wire moves money; it protects no one. It is final in whichever direction it travels, so one party is always fully exposed: pay first and you can lose the money, ship first and you can lose the asset. The desk ends that standoff. Identities are verified, terms are papered, and funds either sit with a licensed escrow until you accept, or, on local closings, the desk verifies the wire landed before anything changes hands.
You can, and for the custody itself we use exactly that: Escrow.com, the licensed escrow service. What escrow alone does not do is the deal around the money. No identity verification you can rely on, no agreement, no one telling either side whose turn it is, no record when it closes. The desk runs all of it, and our fee is collected inside the escrow, only when your deal closes.
We never hold your money. Funds sit with Escrow.com or move directly between the parties' banks. We never share your information, and we never list your deal anywhere. Discretion is the default.
One percent of the transaction, from $1,500, and $5,000 on business acquisitions. Vehicles are priced at two percent, from $299 and capped at $1,500. Collected only when the deal closes. For comparison, a broker takes ten.
Same day, on an Express Close. For local handovers the buyer pays you bank to bank, the desk verifies the money actually landed, and the close is papered in hours. Escrowed closings take a few days, most of it the escrow service's own review and transit time, and remain the right call for remote or high-value deals.
